Abstract Submission

If you didn’t get the chance to submit your work earlier, this is your opportunity to be part of the 3rd PNEV Meeting.

Please note: only poster presentation submissions will be accepted.
We look forward to your contribution!

Please be aware of the steps to take to register and participate. The guidelines will improve efficiency at all levels of the organization. Thank you for your collaboration!

Abstract submission is only possible after your online registration, giving you access to the Personal Area. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. In the personal area, you will be able to submit your abstract and replace the submitted abstract at any time until the abstract submission deadline, you can also access your registration information and later print the future receipt. If you do not receive an email confirming that the abstract has been sent within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at ptnetev@gmail.com

Steps for Registration and Abstract Submission

  1. In order to submit an abstract, you will first need to register on the conference platform as a proponent (this registration does not require any payment) by clicking in “Registration Form” button or by clicking the link below:

  1. Once you have registered as a proponent on the conference platform, please click on My publications, + New submission, and fill in the fields as requested. Only one abstract can be submitted.

  2. Please use the template below:

PRIZES

To recognise and encourage scientific excellence, the PNEV 2025 Conference will award the best oral and poster communications:

Oral Communication Awards

  • 1st Place – €150

  • 2nd Place – €120

  • 3rd Place – €100

Poster Communication Awards

  • 1st Place – €100

  • 2nd Place – €75

  • 3rd Place – €50

All winners will be announced at the closing session of the conference.

We look forward to celebrating your outstanding contributions!

Guidelines for the presentations

All the material should be presented in English the official language of the meeting.

• Symposiums (Invited Speakers)

Lectures will have 30 min slot (25 min presentation + 5 min discussion)

• Oral Communications

Oral Communications have a 15-minute slot (12 minutes for presentation + 3 minutes for discussion).

Presentations must be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx).
⚠️ PowerPoint Show files (.ppsx) will not be accepted.

Please avoid hyperlinks, animations, and sound files – these features are not supported.

Videos with sound are also not supported.

Please bring a printed poster in A0 format (841 x 1189 mm) on the first day of the conference, so it can be displayed throughout the entire event.
